Milt Walters, Founder
Milt has more than 40 years of investment banking experience, which he gained at Warburg Paribas Becker (20) and Smith Barney (4). He led Becker’s and Smith Barney’s financial institution groups, and reconfigured Becker’s capital market desk. He was also a Managing Director at Prudential Securities (2). He’s the founder of Tri-River Capital, a financial consultant. He also initiated Prudential Securities’ underwriting collateral loan obligations.
Milt sits on the board of Sabra Healthcare REIT, Petroleum & Franchise Capital, the Lyme Land Conservation Trust where he chairs the Philanthropy Committee and Southeast Connecticut World Affairs Council where he serves as chairman. He was director at the time of sale of Frederick’s of Hollywood (lead director, sole independent committee head, and audit committee head), Sun Healthcare Group (audit committee head), DecisionOne (audit committee head) and Murray’s Discount Auto. He had also previously served as Trustee of Hamilton College and Friends Academy, Locust Valley, NY and as President of 16 Sutton Place Apartment Corp. Milt is a graduate of Hamilton College.
Frank Grausso, Advisory Expert
Frank is an experienced veteran with a strong background in credit analysis, operations, and mortgage finance. His career included stints with FINRA’s predecessor, Merrill Lynch, Niko Securities and most recently Deutsche Bank. He also displayed an entrepreneurial bent through the acquisition businesses from RTC. Frank’s operational reputation has led to ongoing multiple professional relationships with leading executives in the mortgage finance industry. Frank is a graduate of Long Island University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics, Magna Cum Laude.

Ron has over 30 years of financial and operating experience in investment banking, finance and due diligence, including stints in JP Morgan, Drexel Burnham, Sunbelt Diversified Partners, and Maplewood Partners. He has been a senior financial executive and or a board member of middle market companies in various industries, including manufacturing technology, logistics, direct to consumer, service, and industrial. He is a consultant/director with ACM Capital Partners, a Miami based advisory and restructuring firm.
Steve Crane, Advisory Expert
Stephen Crane is a corporate governance consultant and board director. He previously spent more than 30 years as an executive in the property casualty insurance business, having been the CEO of three companies: AlphaStar Insurance Group Limited, a publicly traded multinational insurance organization domiciled in Bermuda; Gryphon Holdings Inc., a publicly traded specialty property casualty insurance holding company; and G.L. Hodson & Son, a major reinsurance intermediary.
Bruce Foerster, Advisory Director

The Firm offers strategic financial, capital markets, corporate finance and corporate governance advice to CEOs, CFOs and Board of Directors. It also conducts securities expert witness practice and offers consulting services to securities firms. Bruce’s storied career includes stints with Lehman Brothers, PaineWebber, Warburg Paribas Becker, H.C. Wainwright & Birr Wilson.
He has worked directly with chairman, president/CEO, chief financial officer and board of directors of over 750 securities issuers in senior positions of leadership responsibility re solicitation, structuring, marketing, allocating, pricing, after-market trading and profit/loss accountability of over 1,250 managed underwritten transactions (150+ IPOs).
Mark Sancrant, Advisory Director
Mark Sancrant is the co-founder and Vice President of Corporate Development of D2C Brands. Prior to D2C Brands, Mark was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy with Empower MediaMarketing, a leading independent media agency focused on consumer brands. Previously, he led the corporate development efforts with iNET Interactive including the sale of iNET to Penton Media in January 2015. Previously, he worked in investment banking in New York with Prudential Securities and Tri-River Capital, and in Cincinnati serving middle-market companies. Mark has led or participated in over seventy capital raising, M&A, and advisory assignments with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $2.7 billion.
Mark serves on the board of directors of the Association of Corporate Growth – Cincinnati Chapter, is a startup advisor and coach through the OCEAN Accelerator and Uptech. Further he is actively involved with the Institute for Entrepreneurship at Miami University. He holds an MBA from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree in finance from Miami University.
